    You'll figure out where the name came from during the ab section! This was a fun class to make! I hope you enjoy it! You will need a trampoline and small weights (2,3 or 5 pounds) Ready to do it? Let's go. I'll be right there with you the whole time (:

  • Keepin' it simple

    The choreography during this class is not too complex, making this the perfect choice if you are just getting started with BounceFit. Don't confuse simple choreography with "easy"! You will need a mat and small weights (2,3 or 5 lbs). Let's do it!

  • Bouncin' in the sunshine

    This traditional BounceFit class is a combination of time on the trampoline and sculpting exercises off the trampoline. Why sunshine? I'm illuminated! You'll see! All you need is one med weight (8, 10 or 12 lb), a set of light weights (2,3 or 5), a mat and your trampoline. Ready. Set. Bounce

  • It's black and white.... and BOUNCE!

    What's black and white and covered in hard work? ME during this workout! This fun class has a little bit of everything. From glute work to sexy hip twists on the trampoline! Join me! I think you'll like it! All you need is your trampoline and small hand weights (2, 3 or 5 lbs).

  • This is how we do it

    There's a little big of everything in this high energy, heat building class. You will need small (3-5 lbs) hand weights and your can-do attitude for this one!

  • But first some abs

    We're flipping the script with this one. We'll start with core work on the floor before we head up to the tramp for a heart pumping workout.     This fun class starts with some muscle warming hip swings and leg pulses! You will need small weights and a mat. Have fun making this class YOUR OWN style. Have fun with it and just move! You'll be glad you did.
