These full body workouts will have you acknowledging MANY of the beautiful muscles in your body! No need to head to the barre studio when all you need is a chair at home! Be sure to check out the description of each class as more equipment may be needed.

    In this heat building class, we will use our chair for barre exercises in addition to some arm sculpting tricep dips and mountain climbers!     Let's lean into the challenge and fun of today's BarreFit class. You will need a chair and small set of weights (2,3 or 5 lbs).

  • Embrace the shake

    Your beautiful legs will be talking to you during this fun class. Let's embrace the shake and the challenge together! You will need a chair and small weights (2,3 or 5 lbs).

  • G.A.S (Glutes, shoulders, abs) Day!

    Glutes, abs and shoulders are not the only muscle groups that will get some love during this fun barre class. You will need a chair, mat and small weights (2,3 or 5 pounds) for this class.

  • For the knees

    If you have "bad" knees or just need to give your knees a break today, this one is for you! This 30 minute BarreFit class will have you working up a sweat while avoiding all squat-like movements. You will need a small set of dumbbells for this workout. Enjoy!
