In this heat building class, we will use our chair for barre exercises in addition to some arm sculpting tricep dips and mountain climbers! This full body workout is sure to leave you feeling challenged AND accomplished. You will also need small weights (2,3 or 5 lbs) and a mat. Let's go! I'll be right there with you the whole time (:
