Nothing but the mat
If you prefer a mat pilates class that does not incorporate standing work, this is the class for you! During this fun and challenging class, we will work multiple muscle groups in several mat based positions. All you need is a mat and small weights (2,3 or 5 lbs OR cans). Let's go!

All you need is your amazing body and a mat. We will work all of the muscles that comprise your core in a variety of positions. We make sure you keeping moving and build heat during this ab burner. Enjoy!
