    Part one was so fun, I thought we needed a part two! You will need a trampoline and light weights (2, 3 or 5 lbs). I hope you enjoy it!

  • Dirty 30

    We'll get it all in during this quick 30 minute workout. Cardio, arm sculpting, abs and more! You will need a trampoline, mat and small hand weights (2,3 or 5 lbs). Let's go!

  • Dirty 30, third edition

    We'll just keep up with the dirty 30 theme here... why not?! You'll spend most of your time on the trampoline during this class. You will need small hand weights (2,3 or 5 pounds) for the quick section off of the tramp. Have fun!

  • Short and sweet 15 min

    All you need is you. And a trampoline. And a towel. And water. But really just YOU and your determination. Have a great workout!
