Get yourself some dumbbells and let's get started! Strengthening your muscles is so very important! Don't forget to acknowledge the strength you already have and celebrate that throughout your workout. It won't be easy but it will be worth it! Have a great workout!

  • Tri-dis sculpt!

    Your triceps, along with other muscle groups, will get plenty of love during this full body workout. You will need dumbbells (a variety of sizes if possible) and a mat. I strongly encourage you to 'tri-dis'. I think your body and mind will be happy you did!

  • Sumo to start

    Sumo squats are incredibly effective for leg strength so why not start with them today? During this class we will also work our back and shoulder muscles along with some glute and core work at the end. You will need a variety of dumbbells (if possible) and a mat. Let's do it!

  • This one's a bear!

    This class is a full body workout with one of my favorite exercises....having to do with a bear! Do it to find out what it is! You will need dumbbells (a variety of sizes if possible) and a mat.

  • Fully body fun!

    So good! If it doesn't challenge you, it probably won't change you...... You will need dumbbells (a variety of sizes if available,) a chair and sliders or something that slides on your floor. Paper plates work well on carpet! Let's do it to it!
